At Milestones, our staff is our family. From our Administrators with decades of service to our teachers and assistant teachers, we are proud to have built the premier child care staff in Greensboro, NC, ready to serve your family.
Current Lead Teachers at Milestones have, at a minimum, Early Childhood Credentials, and are working towards an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education.
Newly-hired Lead Teachers are required to already have an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field. Lead Teachers must also have experience in a licensed Early Childhood Program.
Assistant Teachers at Milestones are required to have, at a minimum, Early Childhood Credentials, and experience working with children.
Many of our current staff have been with Milestones for over 15 years, demonstrating their dedication to child care, and the quality of the Milestones educational experience.

Jennifer Doggett
ADMINISTRATOR
Jennifer Doggett is a Level III administrator, concentrating on building our milestone-focused curriculum and high-quality classrooms.
Becky Smith
ADMINISTRATOR
Becky Smith has been part of the Milestones family since 1996. Now one of our Administrators, Becky started as the School-Age Program Coordinator. From the moment you see her smiling face at the front desk, you can see that Becky is dedicated to providing families with a positive child care experience. A mother of three, she understands how parents feel as they entrust their children with the staff at Milestones, and she goes above and beyond to meet their needs.
