If I need to talk with my child’s teacher during the day, can I?

Daily communication is important. We have phones in the classrooms. You can also use the app Tadpoles when you need to talk with them. Learn more here.

I notice you have glass walls and doors everywhere, why?

For safety and security. They are easier to clean and it is easy to see who is in the classroom with your children. They provide an open learning environment for collaboration between teachers so your child is always safe.

How will my child benefit from your child care program?

They will be ready for what’s next. Actually, they will probably be more than ready for kindergarten and beyond.

How often do they go outside to play?

Each classroom has designated time outside every day. We have five age-appropriate playgrounds, each with their own playground equipment.

Do you offer meals and snacks?

Yes! They are included in our all-inclusive rate. We offer breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack. Toddlers have an additional afternoon snack. Daily menus are available.

For bottle-fed children, the milk or formula must be provided in the bottle by the parents. (The child´s first and last name, and date should be clearly marked on all items supplied for infants.) For children that eat baby food, we provide that as well as table food when they are ready.

Is training required for your staff?

Yes. All staff are trained in First Aid and CPR. Our infant staff are certified in SIDS training. All lead teachers have an Associate or Bachelor degree in Early Childhood and all staff are required to have annual training.

I want to visit. What’s the best time?

Anytime, really. A tour is the best way to see our school so contact us to schedule one.

How do I enroll my child?

Contact us, and we will be happy to help you with enrollment in any of our daycare programs.

Your school is family-owned. Is that important?

We think so. To us, it means we take everything personally. Our staff as well as the children and their parents are all considered part of our family, and we approach everything as if it affects our entire family.

How are weather emergencies or other emergencies handled?

We will notify parents of any emergencies as they arise and keep you up to date as the situation evolves, if need be.
